Pulse provides an OT observability platform for monitoring industrial equipment. The service includes real-time monitoring, alerting, and analytics capabilities.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to interfere with or disrupt production systems.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pulse and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Pulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
